Zinc and manganese are known to play roles in the activity of certain enzymes within plants. Zinc is involved in the formation of TRYPTOPHANE, a precursor of AUXIN. When zinc is deficient, the formation of this compound and consequently the formation of AUXINS cease, resulting in slowed plant growth.
In zinc-deficient plants, various symptoms such as stunting (small leaf size, rosette formation) are observed in many regions. Shoots are short, nodes are very close to each other, leaves form rosette shapes closely together, flowers fall off before blooming, and fruits take on small, abnormal shapes.
Manganese is effective in the production of sugar and sugar metabolism. It has been found to increase vitamin C levels in various vegetable species. Additionally, it aids in chlorophyll synthesis.
For all plants: Foliar application: 150 ml/ha or 100-150 g/100 liters of water Soil application: Through drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, or pre-planting broadcasting: 1-15 liters/ha
